The "Turn off Computer" and "Run" buttons are missing from the Start Menu. In addition, Windows Task Manager has been disabled by the administrator. Can someone please help me. Im really clueless as to what actions i must take. Im really no computer genius so if you have a solution to my quandary please elucidate it in a manner in which i can understand. Im really desperate for help. Please do help me. Thanks in advance./b
