Blurred Image Quality after resizing to 100 by 100
Hi,
I am getting blurred Image Quality after resizing image to 100 by 100.
How can i improve the quality of image ?
currently, i am using following command

To ping or not to ping.?
I use GSiteCrawler to build my sitemap.
Each time I add a new page, I just update the sitemap which is super easy to do with the program.
Each time I do that, it gives me the option of pinging the updated sitemap to google.
I always choose yes because i never really update the sitemap more than once a day, often less.
But, is there a limit to how much one should ping?
If I update my sitemap twice a day, should I ping each day or does it in some way annoy google?

Windows Server 2003 Network Problem: need help
Hi,
Let me give you a brief story prior to the incident for clues:
We have a Windows Server 2003 and recently changed our Router from DHCP to Static IP and soon after got a VPN hardware and connected it to the server. Now, because we signed up for a Static IP, cablevision had to change our modem and give us a cisco router to connect to it.
I dont know if the recent changes had to do with anything but that could lead to cause of our lost of online connection.
Soon after the recent changes, Ive been noticing that the server lose online connection and when it does, so is the rest of the workstations. And ODDLY enough, that problem can be solved if you right click on the network icon located at the bottom right of the screen and hit REPAIR. Everyday for almost every hour or two this keeps hapenning.
I tried disconnecting and unplugging the VPN hardware to see if it is the cause but its not.
I dont know what to do and I desperately need help please...

Hey guys
Need some help here pls. I have spoken to the service provider where the following page is hosted: http://www.salvage-sa.co.za/question/question.html
I need the form to be posted to a client of mine. At the moment i need to test it first so its going to rc51sp@yahoo.com my personal email address. The service provider is using jmail functionality, and i have never used it.
So what i need please is first off if my form page is correct and the check boxes and text boxess info will be captured to the supplied .txt file and then that it will be mailed to whatever email address i supply in a .txt or .xml format.
Please guys help here

Possible Script?
I would like to make a short script to do the following:
Copy file {loginscreen.bmp} to c:windows
Then I would like it to modify the registry String Value at the following spot:
HKEY_USERSDEFAULTControl PanelDesktopWallpaper
c:windowsloginscreen.bmp (what I want to put in)
Is this possible or am I wasting my time? Thanks!

Web Development Job/job role
Hello
I am in Web Development from past 3+ years.
I get good understanding of web tech. and php, html, css, js, apache, mysql, etc. But now i am confused about where i should go.
When i learn css then i see that others are lagging behind, when i learn mysql then i see that i am not using very much of mysql. just writing simple query. so i am forgetting.
so, i thought i should get some job where i have a primary job in one or two things and i will need to use others sometimes.
Do you know what kinds of job roles company offer, so that i can try. I spend lot of time thinking all these. and could not land on good job. now i will prepare correctly.
One job is mysql admin. other i saw was SEO but this is posted with marketing job. i want to be on tech.
one role is front end developer. but here also do not i am bound to learn designer software like adobe etc. i do not like to go to design.
so please tell me all the good job roles in market which will be in demand in future.

hi all,
im starting an automotive website with forum called Auto-Bug
but im stuck for a banner/ logo
i need something automotive ( car ) related that will look nice with my forums template and will also be good as the websites banner, and was just wondering if anyone here could possibly give it a go?
