Blurred Image Quality after resizing to 100 by 100

Hi,
I am getting blurred Image Quality after resizing image to 100 by 100.

How can i improve the quality of image ?

currently, i am using following command

CODE:

$this->ImageMagickConvert . -quality 100 -sample . $this->x . x . $this->y . " " .$this->imagepath . " " . $this->tempdir . $filename."";
